With 40 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, I cherish food culture and find joy in connecting people through food.
I have continuously participated in industry association cooking competitions, receiving awards such as the Governor's Award and the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award. I have also been honored with prestigious titles like Tokyo Meister and Modern Master Craftsman. I actively participate in skill promotion events and teach the essence of traditional techniques and Japanese culinary culture to the next generation of young chefs, dedicating myself to their guidance and development.
